I didn’t set out to photograph a ‘beauty influencer’… I just photographed the silence she carried.
Turns out the most vulnerable thing was also the most authentic: her not being seen = her finally being known.
I shot this on 35mm film because clicks don’t mean anything — but breaths do.
You think you’re watching someone perform?
Nah.
You’re watching someone remember she exists.
And that’s why we all cried at 2 AM while scrolling through our own dark rooms.
